at 3:40 today, I was outside my workplace in Syracuse for a cigarette break. I was looking at the peculiar banded cloud formations that are unusual for this area. I sighted an object that could have been a jet at high altitude, moving toward a cloud bank. I could not observe any wings on it, and as it moved behind the cloud, I got out my pocked camera (Mini U8 HD spy cam) and began shooting video where I expected to see the object emerge from the clouds. I got nearly 30 seconds video of the object when it emerged, before it went behind more clouds and disappeared from view. It had a uniform vector and speed during my observation. Later, when I got the video on the computer, I was able to capture some zoomed-in still frames, and at no point are there any visual indications of wings. It simply looks like a bright white cigar-shape or disc, in some frames more circular like and "orb". This is the same location as my most recent report, as I usually look at the skies when I'm outside of my workplace on a cigarette break. But this time, I got some video. My eyesight is not great, and the video is only a little better, but I zoomed some frames, and I can't see anything that even hints at wings on it.
